Cancellation and Refund policy

In case you are not pleased with our services, then you need to speak to our customer care executives within 48 hours of service delivery. Before giving you refund amount, your request will be transferred to our concerned department and they will figure out if your request is genuine or not and the possibilities of making refund.

There are some set of rules that we follow to provide refund amount to our clients, if somehow they are not satisfied with our provided services.

  For any cancellation or refund price, you are obliged to inform us within 30 days of subscription

  No refund request will be entertained for the services we provided at the time of special occasions or events like New Year or month end etc.

  No refund will be given if you violate any of our policies.

  No refund will be granted for any completed work.

  Cancellation request will be accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of creating invoice

  You are entitled to get 100% refund only if we are unable to resolve any of your issues.

  Your refund request will be re-directed to our respective department. They will verify your problem and provide appropriate solution for the same.

  You will get 100% refund if we didn’t start your work at all

You need to keep in mind that you will not be entitled to get any refund if you disregard any of the points mentioned in our Cancellation and Refund policy.
